The following transcription is what Most Great Britannica stated as defence in the courts of British Overseas Territory.

We all know that the leaders of this "great " region are honourable men, and have never done anything wrong... Your leaders are honourable men. Jamesburgh is much too honourable to be guilty of sending this message to my other nation of Liberalton:

And the honourable Jamesburgh most certainly did not command the Kingdom of Dergamoor to report the Republic of Jtopian a few hours earlier to the moderators because Jtopian had offered Dergamoor, at my command, the third highest position on our forum whilst clearly stating that Dergamoor could and should stay in BOT if he so wished. Your honourable Dergamoor did not apologise to me, simply to get onto my forum, so he could turn around and backstab me, no, certainly not, he is much to honourable. He is not such a backstabber that it is too disgusting to put into words, no, he is too honourable for that. Your ever so honourable government is not a hypocrite.

Your honourable has not been trying to infiltrate my region, and because it is so honourable, I guess I did not receive a letter 3 hours ago, filled with lies asking for my regional password, and I have not received a letter almost every day for the past week..Why?, because your government is most honourable. The honourable members of the government of the "Republic" of BOT have been to honourable to have been possibly sending Jtopian and FreedomvilleAT threatening telegrams. The mighty and honourable government of BOT also I am happy to announce does not continually try to infiltrate my great region, despite no attempt ever made on the BOT. Despite the begging of over half the members of my region for me to send letters to the moderators on 2 certain members of BOT, even when I was informed they had reported three of my regions members for posting apologies on the BOT messageboard.

Surely your honourable rulers have not been habitually calling myself, and other members of my region childish insults such as "idiot," "moron," "complete idiot,"or deeply insulted our political ideology calling it "idiotic," "prejudiced" and "ridiculous." Most certainly these very honourable men are far to superior for this. Most certainly these very respected and honourable men would not say such insults, especially when before that no insults were thrust upon theirs. A high official of The wonderful and honourable BOT government also proved too honourable to decree that the apologies posted on the BOT message bord for posting the "War message" where spam, which would have been a complete insult to them.

Your honourable government does not try to take credit away from you, the members of BOT. It did not try to take the credit of the amount of people in this region away from people such as Jim Town, and say that Jamesburgh is the one who built up this regions numbers, most certainly not, they are too honourable to do that. A certain nation of BOT also has not said I did not contribute anything. Read this honourable responce made by Dergamoor:

And I have sent letters to at least 14 others, but they never responded, don't know why... So DO NOT under-estimate how much I care and contribute to this region. I also created a few optional banners, and pages upon pages of Regional anthems. I have also gotten one of the highest number of posts, this is number 94, far higher than Jamesburgh, in fact it is far higher than 81.1% of the people on this forum (11/58 )...That is over 5.22 posts per day for me, and one post every 2 days for Jamesburgh.............I won't be pushed around...I shall stand my ground!

The thousand injuries I have borne as best I could; but know that when you have ventured upon insult and backstabbing, I vowed my revenge.....at length I shall be avenged; this is a point definitely settled...I must not only punish, but punish with impunity. Now I have begun to develop the perfect plan of retribution......Your shallow words are of no use to you now Dergamoor, we all know you are not saddened one bit by this. Your actions Dergamoor the Backstabber, I will never forget, that is a promise. Your vile tongue, and cold heart will get your region nowhere. You have been banned from my forum, as I am sure you were only there for your business, and never had given a thought to playing the game I had set up with you in mind. The insults I have endured by members of this region was enough to allow our ambassador to post that letter. Watch out for what you say members of BOT who actually choose to stay here, for the government I have found puts a "fatwa" upon the heads of all those opposed to it, and will never listen to your pleas! We were insulted and we got payback, if you want to finally give me the last reason on the list of reasons I have been compiling to leave BOT, then fine, so be it, your region slips yet another nation.

I will be gone by sunset, when the sun finally sets on this region. The Regional anthem, and banners I have created, and everything else are no longer welcome for this region to use. I apologise for all those who have not done me wrong for my actions, but it is the only way to punish those who like to play their knavish tricks.
