This region is *surprise* for people who live in Miamisburg, Ohio, but I think others are allowed in.
This was created by The Dictatorship of Color-guard (otherwise known as Kerry). We all heard about this in our L.A. class, and Kerry created a region for all of us. There's 11 nations included, with Kerry as our delegate. So if you live in Miamisburg, this is the region for you!
