Lady Mitsuko Yamamura (山村相模介光子 Yamamura Sagami no Suke Mitsuko) is the First Lady of Oshima and Izu.
Born in Ueda, Shinano Province, at the age of fifteen she was given as a prize in a kendo tournament to Lord Takanori Yamamura of Oshima and Izu, who subsequently married her. Mitsuko was later granted the title Sagami no Suke (Deputy Governor of Sagami Province).
