Myrorian Personality

Myrorians have complicated personalities, and finding ways not to insult them is rather hard. These traits are explained here.

Famous Myrorians

Myroria is not famous for her athletes, painters, or war heros, but rather her philosophers, scientists, professors, and, unfortunately, con artists. Myrorians will do anything, short of disgracing their own clan or an allied clan, to get money. Strangely, however, Myrorians generally refuse to resort to outright crime. (i.e. murder, rape, thieving, fraud is fine with them) Tourists are often warned of con artists and rigged casino machines while travelling.

Myrorian Personality

Most Myrorians feel that duty and respect to your clan, or family, should be taken above all. If one was to disgrace his or her own clan, then that person usually goes through a long ritual to regain honor, lest they reserve themselves to the disrespect of their peers. Myrorians are rather xenophobic, distrusting and disdainful of other cultures. A tourist might find a Myrorian as too serious and uptight as a countryman in their home. Their humor is satiric in nature, and is often about dumb or dishonorable foreigners. Their satire is also focused on each other, though this is taken in good humor. Rather hypocritically, however, a joke made to a Myrorian about a Myrorian by a foreigner makes them less respected and looked down upon. Myrorians are flamboyant, and our architecture reflects this. Myrorians are religious and close to the Church.
