The International Union


Summary The IU (international Union) is an agreement between regions to develop diplomatic relations with one another and to resolve conflicts.Contrary to popular belief we have no intentions of developing bad relations with the UN and hope to form a relationship in the future with our counterparts.It is our goal that in the near future to place embassies from all major regions and be a host region for regional peace talks and regional International conventions.


History The I.U was started up from a diplomatic leader by the name of Gadrias J Copeland,mayor of the sovereign city of Jandrea.He was the mayor for eight years and lead the free city to defend its people from the constant invasion attempts of larger nations.After Mr Gadrias Copelands resignation for being mayor of Jandrea he brang forth the idea to other regions to form an Internation Union of some sorts for diplomatic conventions,peace talks and regional meetings.To this day The International Union (the I.U.) is gaining many national ambassodors and will continue to grow until sees fit.



Embassy agreements upon enterance into the International Union

At the moment The host city of Jandrea holds veto power in the I.U but this will change once the delegate is voted in.

An I.U agreement/contract has been created by The Confederacy of Armed Alliance embassy and will be voted in once more than thirty nations are represented within the International Union.

Section 1. The founder shall be granted all executive powers in The International Union. This member shall be granted a permanent stead as an executive authority until resignation.

Section 2. The United Nations Delegate shall be the head of any militia offered within The International Union.

Section 3. The United Nations Delegate shall be granted the Power to veto a law that has been approved by a 1/3 vote. Only a 2/3 vote by the union can override the delegate’s veto of a law.

Section 4. All regions within The International Union are entitled to all given privileges and immunities by the union.

A member charged with treason or an act against another I.U. member who flees from the United Nations Delegate’s order of a hearing shall, on executive demand, be removed from the union.

Article III:

Whenever the International Region moves for a new and necessary amendment to be ratified to the Constitution of The International Region, two-thirds of the region must thereby vote for the amendment to be passed onto the executive power, who may either pass the amendment or veto it without a legislative override, but may only be overridden by a two-thirds vote of the entire region.

No amendment may in any manner affect the first Amendment or affect section five of the first article.

Amendment I:

No delegate, or any authority figure for that matter, shall make a law in respect to an I.U. member’s right of expression. Thus, the member’s religion, speech, or right to petition to the hierarchy must herby be respected at all times.

Amendment II:

At no time shall any member be banned, blocked, or exiled from the region without proof of proper cause.

Amendment III:

Henceforth, no unnecessary searches shall be made during the investigation of any member, at any given time. No I.U. member is to be forced to give up logs, documents, maps, or any further information, which would violate the member’s right to security.

Amendment IV:

No member shall be held to answer before any council for an act against another regional member, nation, citizen, or The International Union itself, unless the founder and UN Delegate have called an indictment is to occur, except during times of war in which a rivaling regions or nations were to arise against The International Union and put the I.U. in danger; nor shall any member, at any given time, be subject to a double-jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall I.U. members be called to testify against one’s self.

Amendment V:

No excessive punishment shall be laid as a burden for an I.U. member to bear.

Amendment VI:

Powers not delegated to a United Nations Delegate, or another member of a significant rank, nor prohibited by members, shall be reserved to the members.

Amendment VII:

Members are urged to participate in I.U., but are at no time to be made to do so against his or her will, regardless time in the I.U.

Amendment VIII:

Each member’s right to via endorsement and shall not be denied by any member in the I.U., at any time, regardless of religion, race, color, gender, location, time spent in the I.U., age, sexual preference, or economic standing.

Amendment IX:

In the event there should be a delegate’s position open, should a delegate be removed, resigned, or upon his or her deletion, the I.U. has the right to vote in a new delegate for the position and no power shall overturn that vote, which my only then be overruled by a unanimous vote by the I.U.

Amendment X:

All members in the I.U., whether delegate, founder or newly accepted region, shall be properly informed of all legislative actions which affect any regional rule and must be given two weeks prior notice before any new rule is to take effect and each new rule must have had at least a 2/3 vote by members, and even then may be overturned by a 2/3 majority vote of each member who did not vote for the legislation to pass.
