Naoley is the capital and largest city of the Principality of Wintermore in the nation of [[the Resurgent Dream. Naoley is also the seat of Warren Parish.
After Naoley, the next largest city in Wintermore is Metropolis with a population of 212,130. Because Naoley is so much larger than any other urban centers in the principality, it plays a very central role in the social and economic life of Wintermore.
