The Neo Socialist Alliance (NSA) was founded in early May of 2005 by Sulkia. Due to the ongoing wars in the dead region, The Anumist Alliance (TAA), Kele and it's ally Pheta left TAA to form their own regions; Kele created another nation, Sulkia, that could be a UN nation, and created the Neo Socialist Alliance with it, while Pheta formed PGA. NSA and PGA currently still hold very strong relations with The Anumist Revolution (changed from TAA to TAA2, then changed to TAR after the founder of TAA2 was deleted) with both Kele and Pheta having high regional government positions in TAR. Kele is currently Anumia in TAR, and is a Commandante of TAAS and the Chief of Intelligence, heading TAIA. Pheta is a Commandante of TAAS and an agent of TAIA.
One month after the creation of these new regions a large scale alliance region was created by Neo Socialist Rep (Kele) and the three Founding Fathers, Kele, Pheta and Lawton Park, formed the Covenant of Regions. The Covenant initially only comprised of the Founding Fathers' regions - NSA, PGA and TAA (TAR), it has since broadened and now has 6 total members.
The Neo Socialist Alliance was a small alliance for approximately a month, before going through an unprecedented period of growth, when regional membership almost doubled. Since then however, recruitment has vanished in the region, and the NSA has attained a situation of zero population growth. This is expected to change sometime in the hopefully not-too-distant-future.
