Neranset

Neranset was cloned in a human science facility in 201,349 ASI. He was enhanced with modified genes that greatly increase his intelligence and psionic abilities.

In 201,354 ASI, Neranset escaped from his containment and took over the facility, forcing the scientists to surrender. The scientists, and the other experimental subjects were made to swear allegiance to Neranset, who used the cloning technology to populate his world.

Neranset's two most noticeable character traits are his opinion that he is the supreme life form and his lust for power. His empire, Clonetopia, soon expanded beyond the confines of one world, and became interstellar.
