Government
Clonetopia is ruled with an iron fist by the emperor Neranset. Below him are a ruling elite of genetically enhanced Prinaza. All policies are designed to keep control of the populace, and expand the empire.
History
Formation of Clonetopia
Clonetopia was formed by Neranset, a Prinaza that had been cloned and genetically altered in a human science facility on the otherwise uninhabited world of Ortecron. Neranset's great intelligence and psionic power allowed him to escape from his imprisonment and convince the other experimental subjects to help him defeat the facility's security forces.
After seizing control of the science facility, Neranset soon became the leader of the creatures he had freed, and the scientists who had surrendered to him. Using the science available to him, Neranset began to clone more creatures, with which he populated the planet. He created many Prinaza to help him rule over the world, but he did not give them the genetic modifications he had been given, as he did not want anyone to be able to oppose his rule.
Interstellar Empire
Ruling a planet did not satiate Neranset's lust for power, and he ordered his scientists to build fleets of spacecraft, with which he could create an ever-expanding interstellar empire. The Clonetopian empire has expanded at a very high rate, and covers a large amount of space for its age.
Miscellaneous
Cloning
One of Clonetopia's unusual military techniques is that of creating clone soldiers. After a victorious battle, Clonetopian forces collect DNA samples from their enemies. The genes of the most effective soldiers are used as a basis for cloning troops for Clonetopia. As well as cloning technology, the army also uses artificial gestation.
The clones age normally, and are raised by the military purely to act as soldiers.
