The capital of Caldarian Gevon, New Hong is where the heavily-protected Caldari Adminstration Tower is built ontop of the now-destroyed palace of Lord Gerald of Gevon. New Hong has a massive population of around 35 million people, who live in pre-occupation apartment complexes and some reletively new condominum complexes. Victory Plaza is the center of this city and it is where Caldari Forces knocked down the statue of Gerald and replaced it with the flag of the Caldari State, signalled to the world of the Caldari victory there in the 2nd Gevon War.

New Hong is made up of 3 primary districts and those are: The Bund, Vidari and Gambetta. The Bund is the goverment and commercial district of the city and this is where Victory Plaza is located. Also in the Bund is where several high-end art museums can be found including the Caldarian Gevon Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of Ancientology and the Museum of Gevon Past. Vidari is a suburban-like neighborhood where their are just blocks of lovely and rustic rowhouses, untouched by the Gevon War. While Vidari is a historic and rustic community, its the compelete oppisite in Gambetta. Gambetta is where the primary population live, living in the massive complexes of apartments and tenaments. New construction can mainly be found within this neighborhood and everyday another apartment complex is completed to house the growing population. Gambetta is also home to the primary Public Distribution Center, where people with proper ID can get their free rations. Due to the possiblity of hostility against the provincal government, military units guard and moniter the PDC. Tourists are HIGHLY suggested to avoid the Public Distribution Center because it is a hotspot during a riot.

New Hong's economy has been in a slow but gradual regenration since the intial war and the Gevon Crisis. Industry and manufacturing have picked up in earlier months and with President Onamori's ascension, the economy will continue to pick back up to pre-war levels.

With New Hong's increased economic rejuventation, the City Council is currently convining on developing the city's mass transportation network. So far, their is a small, but moderately-used subway system which connects the major areas and neighborhoods of New Hong. Due to the city's population boom, the same rush-hour warnings apply as they are in Kimotoro Metropolis, however its generally worse during the morning rush. Road traffic is less congested in New Hong since some parts of the city are pedistrain-only and people with private automobles will have to park their cars in the city garages.

The New Hong CHTN Train Station can be found on the eastern side of Victory Plaza. From New Hong, trains go to Rivalt, the Typophilean Gevon capital, to the other cities of Caldarian Gevon of Lito and Heilit as well as a direct express service to Kimotoro Metropolis. New Hong has one airport which is underfunded and only accomidate some many planes at a time that air travel is not a suggested way of getting to New Hong as the average delay time for a flight can range anywhere between 20 minutes to 3 hours. Getting to New Hong is better via the train network since for the most of the time, the trains are on time and hassle-free.
