The '''New Pacific Order''', or NPO, is a controversial government that took power in [[the Pacific]] at the end of August 2003, under the nation [[Francos Spain]]. Its supporters endorsed the stability of the regime, while opponents deemed it oppressive. Shortly after Francos Spain left, the NPO reorganized into a government called the [[People's Republic of The Pacific]] or PRP. After the PRP was dissolved in April of 2006, the New Pacific Order was reformed under the rule of Emperor [[BlackAdder goes forth]]. It was then controlled by Pierconium and on his retirement from the game, it passed to Moo-cows with guns.
