Nihl River

The Nihl River is the lifeblood of the nation of Anubinia. Being the only source of water for the desert-covered nation, the entire civilization was born on it's banks and in the fertile deltas on it's western shore.
The river also forms Anubinia's eastern border with The Unimatrix and the nation of MDKCorp, providing the country with a natural defensive barrier.
In the modern age, the once fertile river has been choked with pollution and industrial runoff, making it well-known as the most polluted body of water in all of PEEL, although many within the country lobby for the protection of the Nihl, which is sacred in the Anubinian religion.
