The Non-Governmental Organisations Act was a bill passed by the Government of the Region of Rineu. The act was passed 10 votes to 5 and enabled any non-governmental organisation to be formed in the region.

DESIRING to protect the Citizen Rights Bill, and to promote a participation in all aspects in the forum;

Hereby enacts the following,

  1. Allows the creation of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in Rineu.
  2. This organizations can be created by any nation that holds the citizenship of the Region of Rineu
  3. This organizations will have a special section on the forum.
  4. In order to create an NGO at least two Assembly Members must post in a designated topic. When that number is reached the Grand Head of State will grant them NGO status under the name they select which gives them a forum area to conduct discussions.
  5. All Assembly Members will be allowed to post in their forum area, but there will be an addition area in which only members can see and post.
  6. The Office of the Grand Head of State will allow the phisical atmosphere to develop their activities in the forum in a maximum of 36 hours.
  7. The Office of the Grand Head of State can deny a request only if it holds the objective of threatening the Region of Rineu and the laws that compose it.
  8. A NGO can not be mentioned in the floors of the assembly. The only exception will be made in case any member of the Assembly, suggests a motion that can allow a member of a determined NGO to give a declaration to the assembly in an only and specific discussion. This motion has to be seconded by another member nation. The motion can not be proposed, nor seconded, by a nation that holds the membership of the determined NGO.
