The sub-region of Northern Carteria comprises the four northern-most nations of Carteria. They are, Arrogantia Unlimited, Fair Peridot, Orcastan and Poopyulon the Great. These nations experience colder than average climates, and Fair Peridot and Poopyulon the Great are known to experience very harsh winters in some parts. The sub-regional delegate of Northern Carteria hails from Fair Peridot, representing their sub-region at Mount Carter.
