Northern Lands

During the Reclamation, this area was a disputed territory known as the "Outer Cities". The area was technically stateless, however the Krytenian government trated them as their own citizens (which they were). When the AO Council entreatied the land to Bedistan, a Krytenian delegation immediately travelled to the Bedistani capital Columbia to plead their case. The Bedistanis granted the land (except for an enclave around the Bedistani border city of Washington), and to this day many Bedistanis live in the area.
