Nuncaterra

Nuncaterra was founded by Noterra as a region for small nations to grow without the pressure of larger nations. It has recently proposed the formation of the Small Regions Alliance, an informal group that will use its collective power to match that of larger nations and regions.

History

Nuncaterra was created to give small nations a place to expand without the pressure of larger nations. The founder was Noterra, also the current Chairman, who knew from passed experience the difficulty in getting ahead in a large region such as The Pacific. (This was the same mindset in creating the Small Regions Alliance). Because of this, Nuncaterra will continue to stay small, although it does wish to expand its current size.

After inactivity, Chairman Noterra decided it would be better if Nuncaterra was part of a larger organization. He started talks with Akilopolis 2, who agreed to let Nuncaterra join the New Folsom Empire. One of the stipulations was Akilopolis 2 had to refound Nuncaterra, so that it could not be invaded.

The refounding was met with disaster. A nation from the Anti New Folsom League refounded Nuncaterra before Akilopolis 2 was able to. After Noterra informed the ANFL that Nuncaterra had willingly joined, the nation Lost Dragons, apologized and left. Nuncaterra was refounded a second time by AtlanticFreedom, president of the ANFL, who did not know of the agreement between Noterra and Lost Dragons. He later left as well. But a rogue New Folsomite, Frozen Donkeys, refounded Nuncaterra a third time. Frozen Donkeys was not part of any organization and thus did not bother listening to Noterra's pleas for Nuncaterra. However, the Nuncaterrans were content in their new home, New Nuncaterra.

Cabinet

The Nuncaterran Cabinet is the group of nations that leads Nuncaterra. There are currently four positions: Chairman (Noterra), Vice-Chairman (AtlantisCard), Minister of Immigration (Nemonadie), and Minister of Security (not filled). There is another position, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, but that is not a true Nuncaterra postition but a SRA one. The Chairman is the general leader of Nuncaterra. He nominates candidates for the other positions, administrates the forum, and is the representative of Nuncaterra. The Vice-Chairman performs all of these duties when the Chairman is unable to, moderates parts of the forum, and has several smaller duties. The Minister of Immigration is in charge of recruiting new nations, as well as keeping nations out when Nuncaterra reaches a proper size. The Minister of Security is in charge of keeping Nuncaterra safe from invasion.
