Ocean Service Weather

The Ocean Service Weather is a service of the CasariMedia Group's Casari Ocean Service. The service broadcasts ocean and weather conditions for it's named sea zones for the benefit of Casaran merchants and fisherman who are out on the water.

Format

The currently defined sea zones used for the Ocean Service Weather Report.

The format of the weather report has strict guidelines with respect to organization and language used in order to be short and understandable.

  • Typically, the National Anthem plays before the report.
  • The report always begins with the statment of the station, and the exact time of the report.
  • All winds of Gale warnings are read in order of decreasing intensity.
  • The predicted movement of all known storms and pressure systems in the next twenty-four hours.
  • A zone-by-zone overview of weather conditions.
  • The CasariRadio theme concludes the report, before the station resumes regular programming.
