This region was once a besieged fortress against invaders, defended by the Oceanic Security Agency or OSA. The OSA failed in it's mission and Oceania fell - once all it's active nations were lost the region disappeared. Fungjingi AKA Danitoria, Delegate and Strategos of the ASE refounded it and Equality-Liberty, also a Strategos of the ASE is the delegate.
