Octavian

Octavian is the leader of Glasguensis, a nation in the Meritocratic Senate. Little is known of the internal structure of the Glasguensis government - it is very low key, and all official communication is done by either Octavian personally, or by anonymous civil servants. An Evil Vertigo mole was rumored to found and executed, but not before making the government believing the Evil Vertigo had more than 10 contacts in the government. This incedent made the government even more closed.
