Olivia Raskettle is one of Highfolk’s most skilled diplomats as well as a bard of impressive skill, though those who are not familiar with Halfling race sometimes disregard her because of her small frame, to her great displeasure. When she wants to, however, Olivia is quick to captivate “tall folk” with her attractive appearance and quirky charm, which sometimes allows her to succeed where other diplomat would have failed.
Olivia was a head of Highfolk’s ambassadorial team in Demokratyczna Hegemonia Humanistyczna, but now when Hegemonia ceased to exist, Olivia is back to Highfolk City.
