Oscar Linde, (born March 10, 2002 (STS), City of Merindar, former Bagermash) is a successful businessman and Chairman of Merindar City FC. The second son of Peter and Lanis, who ran a large restaurant in the centre of Merindar, Oscar played a large part in the running of the family business, though his older brother Stepan inherited ownership after their father passed away of cancer in 2028. Following the collapse of Bagermash in 2040, Oscar decided to leave the family business and instead tried to kick-start a small car dealership, Merindar Autos, which he bought through auction after its previous owner fled the country. However, not even Oscar could have predicted the massive turn around in the Merindar economy, and the demand for cars, in particular small, cheap commuter-cars, skyrocketed. Able to negotiate deals with prestigious car makers from around New Europe, Oscar started selling tens of thousands of cars. He opened another dealership within two years, and by 2050 had over 15 dealerships in and around Merindar.

Forming an ever increasing business empire, Oscar quickly became seen as one of the most powerful businessmen in Merindar. He eventually bought out his family restaurant and turned it into a small chain, while leaving his brother to continue to run them. Linde Group, as his empire is called, also runs a chain of cinemas, convenience stores, petrol stations as well as two factories. The jewel of the crown is Merindar City FC itself, which Oscar bought in 2055. Since 2055, the extra money available thanks to Oscar has seen the first truly foreign players be signed for the team, and has seen vast improvements in the club's youth programs, as well as upgrades to the team's Durok Stadium. Oscar is well respected as an open, warm person, often showering his associates with gifts and doing considerable amounts of charity work.

Oscar has been married to Calrissa since 2031, and has two daughters, Amy and Lanis, the former being a successful model.
