Ossmann

Ossmann is a nation recovering from not one but two civil wars in close succession.
Only with heavy support from Warlordia did the forces of democracy gain victory and rumors imply that a few other nations were involved as well.
As of typing, Ossmann is comparatively stable and martial law has been lifted from several provinces.
Economically Ossmann has suffered badly from internal strife and so is currently spending what little income they have on increasing and stabilizing investments in their national industries and infrastructure.
