Hectarian Communist Party
It is widely accepted that the HCP would bring about the most sweeping changes to current Hectarian policy, since its members would essentially scrap Four Hectares' entire current political and economic systems and start from scratch. The HCP's platform is rooted in the economics of Marx and the heavy-handed governing styles of Mao and Stalin. Membership is estimated at 20 million voters.
