PEEL Stubs

PEEL Stubs are Stubs related to the Region of PEEL. As the region is largely self-contained and heavily founded in role-play, possibly sharing very little if any articles with elements outside the region, a PEEL-only stub system has been created. This will better classify and/or segregate PEEL articles that still need work (and since the majority of these articles have to be based completely in imaginative foundations, finishing them off is difficult) and get the PEEL community to work together more effectively, helping each other out as it were.
