The Pan-Eugenian Pipeline was laid by the Kroc Industrial cartel during the late Eugenian Colonial period. It connected the oil wells and refineries located in northwest Inner Eugenia to the commercial and industrial center of New Krocsport, which was renamed Port Bakunin after the Eugenian Revolution. It remains in use to this day.
