The Pantocratorian-Excalbian Alliance was cemented by the marriage of Prince Joseph of Excalbia to Princess Anna Capet of Pantocratoria. It consists of Pantocratoria, Excalbia and Langeais. Both the senior members of the alliance are obligated to defend Langeais and to come to each other's assistance.
