Patrick Fallon was elected First Citizen from the Catholic Nationalist Party in early 2005 by a fragile coalition of socialists, nationalists, and other statists. He was the first, and to this date only, non-Libertarian leader of Capitollium. His First Citizenship lasted a mere four months, where he was overthrown in the Second Revolution after refusing to heed a Congressional impeachment and subpoena.
He was exiled to the Azores.
