Peace City is an internationally governed area established in 1996 at the commission of The Plains League. It is located in The Plain Flat Plains on the border between Kingsford and Oglethorpia, and serves as home to the headquarters of the Plains League.

Peace City is three square miles in area, with most of the buildings situated along the water's edge. It houses an international airport and docks, and accomodations for up to 1000 persons, including leaders, delagates, aides, media, and staff of Peace City.

The buildings of Peace City were built by Amalgamated Industries of Oglethorpia, and were designed by Kingsforder architect Liam Wesley in the Fullerian style. The most prominent feature is a hexagonal geodesic dome of stainless steel, which can be seen miles out to sea. The dome houses the general assembly hall of the Plains League.
