Peng Zhanq

Peng Zhanq (b.1916) was the President of the Sino-Taiga Socialist Federation 1973-1975 .He was a mere puppet of the army,chosen from the Socialist Party of Peasents (SPP).


He held a great number of government posts,including: He was Prime Minister of the federation 1965-1972,Minister of agriculture 1966-1968 and 1970-1974, Minister of State 1966-1967,Finance Minister 1967-1970,Acting Defense Minister 1966,1967,1968,1970 and 1971,Social welfare minister 1971-1976,Minister of Planing 1972-1973,Minister of Work and Education 1972-1977,Acting Minister of Academics 1973-1974,1978,Environment minister 1970,Governor-General of the Defence Board of the Capital City, Canton Party Governor of the SPP in Shanqui 1969-1978.

He was,however,chiefly known and most influential as the Foreign minister,serving as such for almost the entiere existence of the state (1960-1983) .


He succeeded to the post of president after the resignation of Sin Kuo in 1973 .He became acting president and was promoted to "full-term" president by a parliament meeting.In 1973 he initiated the contries 4th five year plan.

In 1975 he expelled prime minister Tao Zhu (prime minister 1972-1975,1975-1977) from government because of alleged "imperialist and contra revolutionairy conections".This decision lead to his downfall as president,being forced to resign.He spent his later years as an obedient party member until 1983,when he resigned from his long year post of Foreign Minister.

In 1987 he moved to Desh.He is curently in rent.

He was succeeded as president by Tin Sao .
