Peter Fernley grew up in Dragon Heart Fort he moved to Hearth to go to Hearth college where he met Jack Meridius together they planned out a way to reach the top in Derralian politics after graduating from Hearth college Peter married and had a daughter Serenity Fernley who grew up to be Derraliam Dragon racing champion. Peter famosuly disagreed with his daughter on live Derralian television after discovering her life as a Dragon racer they famously reconciled after Serenity was involved in a major accident during a race at Scyl Cove no one except the two of them know what was said but soon after Peter saw his daughter become Derralian Dragon Racing champion.
However before his disagreement with Serenity Peter had watched his closest friend Jack Meridius ascend to the top of Derralian politics Peter was appointed by Jack as vice-president the plan he and Jack had made when at Hearth college had come through for them now it was only a matter of putting the legislation through the Derralian assembly.
