A time intervall between the death of a Tiberian Collossus and its rebirth in a further evolved form is known as "Phasis Of Silence". The Confederacy Of GDI and Nod seeks to bring an Eternal Silence by the use of their newly developed superweapon "Ultima Mk.II", which is thought to be strong enought to destroy all the monsters with a firepower effectively rendering them unable to regenerate or be revived by the crystal formations.
Eternal Silence
This term was given to the final goal of the GDI - a time when all Tiberian Collossuses are destroyed to an extent where all regeneration and reanimation is impossible. For this purpose GDI had developed a huge, biomechanical superweapon, "Ultima Mk.II".
