The Dictatorship of Philipinoff is a large and stunning nation in the nationstates game. It has had a downfall in its past but an uprise in present days. In the following paragraphs, we will be analysing and studying the great nation and its leaders and really understand what history is. It is presently UN delegate of Pyre and is one of the largest countries on Pyre's map.
