(UN) Rep. Philo Lewes Caron, III is the current Representative A of the Jevian State of Oscheeth and the former First Deputy Emperor of The Allied Empire of Jey. Caron is a member of the Jevian Liberal Socialists (JLS), a political affiliation which caused him to lose the Deputy Emperor position. He is now a member of the Jevian UN Representatives, and is known for his assistance in Jey's affairs in the United Nations.
