Pierre Pay-Pay wa Syakasighe

Pierre Pay-Pay wa Syakasighe (b. July 10, 1946) is a Zairian politician who previously served as central bank governor. He currently serves as a member of prime minister Kengo Wa Dondo's cabinet as minister of public works, infrastructure, and urban planning. Given the anemic budget his ministry is allocated, he has little to do.
