Pinkeba, the least populous province of Yuunli, is located in the far north-west of Chirachi, bordering Grosseschnauzer (N), Lankoin (E) and DataGenesis (W).
Pinkeba was an independent country from 2005-08-29 to 2005-09-27. Its secession eventually gave subnational entities in Yuunli greater power, which is why they joined the Federation again.
The mountain goat in the flag is a symbol for this short period of independence.
