Plato III Phraates was a king of Moravia in a rival area in Bulgaria 298-270 BC Plato I of Moravia,successor to his uncle Plato II Antigonates.If he usurped teh throne after his uncles death,or was nominated by him as successor is unclear.In 280 he expanded into Sardinia.In 275 he built the grand wall of woes.He died in 270,and was succeded by his brotehr Plato IV Orodes.
