The Plutocratic Council, headed by Bolbo Niltani ran the nation of Promethius Prime until his death when Trodenhiem took control of the nation and disbanded the council.
The Plutocratic Council was a group of leading corporations of Promethius Prime that worked together to run the nation to best effect.
