The Popular Force Party (Spanish: Partido Fuerza Popular, Hyarmendorean: Taën Faysäntá Payrtý, Catalan: Partit Força Popular) is a major political party in the Most Serene Republic of Vassfforcia. The party won its first election in 1936 but now it is the Official Opposition after Jean III d’Oqqer, from the PFP, resigned in after a corruption scandal and an failed coup. It currently holds 108 of the 435 seats in the Grand Senate in a coalition with the United Christian Front (formed by Christian Democracy of Vassfforcia and the two Christian Fronts -FCP and FCT).

History
The PFP was formed in 1936 with people from the Reformist Party and the Conservative Party in an attempt to prevent the antidemocratic extreme right party, National Unity, took power. They rapidly won the elections in 1936 and since they have been allied with the DCV, FCU and the PCD.
