President Archduke Mohammed Ali Dijhad of Alligar and Torino, is the Sultan and President of Aramatherius, Archduke of Torino and Alligar, Viceroy of Torino and Lord of Aramatheriun Kavo. He was not born to rule and as such lacks the training of most other monarchs. He inheritted the throne when his Uncle Ahmir Ali Jihal was killed by a rocket propelled grenade attack in the then very unstable nation of Aramatherius. Despite his lack of training though Mohammed has brought Aramatherius into the 21st century, and has built a Great Empire for himself. He is now established as one of Torno's leading politicians, and as a very influencial man on the world stage. His various titles grant him almost total dominance of Torinoan politics and culture, and he has done much, both to build and, though not intentionally, destroy Torino. His reign as President of Torino (now long over) was one of controversy, he was brought to power by the Torino Progressive Party which is the most successful political party in the history of Torino. Though he was already a popular choice following his roles in the senate and his massive culture reforms. However his reign would not kast as discontentment over his action and sometimes lack of action lead many prominent members of the region to turn against him and court cases and bitter fighting ensued. Twice a coup was attempted and failed, before finally he threw in the towel and started a quick election to get himself out of office. Kinonita would take over his burden. Since then he has rebuilt his career, back where he started, in the Ministry of Culture, where he has been very successful in his job. He has also worked hard to keep Torino afloat and was rewarded for this by the LKE Colonial Minister Euphobes with the office of Viceroy of Torino.
