Princess Charlotte of Ganchelkas

Princess Charlotte of Ganchelkas (Charlotte Astrid Elisabeth Maria), styled HIH Princess Charlotte, (born July 17, 1975) is the only daughter and second child of Emperor Alexander I and his wife Empress Joséphine of Ganchelkas, and the sister of the reigning Emperor. She was designated Governor-General of Saterno on the 24th of May, 2006, by imperial decree, with the advice and consent of the Saternoi Council, following the expiration of her predecessor's term of office.
