The Privy Council of Kelssek, officially The President's Privy Council (French: Conseil privé de la President), also known as His Excellency's Privy Council is the council of advisors to the President of Kelssek. Its members are appointed for life on the advice of the Prime Minister.

Generally, all members of the federal cabinet, the Leader of the Opposition, justices of the Supreme Court of Kelssek, leaders of significant opposition parties, and the Speaker of the House of Commons are almost automatically made members. Members of the council gain the style "The Honourable" and the postnominals P.C. for life.

Appointees are sworn in using the following oath:

"I, [name], do solemnly and sincerely declare that I shall be a true and faithful servant to His/Her Excellency and the people of Kelssek as a member of The President's Privy Council. I will in all things to be treated, debated and resolved in Privy Council, faithfully, honestly and truly declare my mind and my opinion. I shall keep secret all matters committed and revealed to me in this capacity, or that shall be secretly treated of in Council. Generally, in all things I shall do as a faithful and true servant ought to do for the people of Kelssek."
