Another State-Owned venture of Prussiatopia's, formerly privately owned by Upi Upians (before collapse) and was recently joint-owned with the state of TIB.
Arctivene originally served for Upi Upi only, and then opened up to neighbouring countries TIB and Prussiatopia during Mark Wung's Prussiatopian Economic Revolution. Back then, Upi Upi's GDP consisted up to 40% made by Oil Reserves and Exports. Upon collapse, this had raised to 80, but Upi Upi also had a stagmented economy.
Prussiatopia's GDP accounts for 10% through Oil Reserves/Production/Exports, in TIB, this is 12%.
This NS Decade closing, Prussiatopian Oil started with an initial capital of $400 Million. This is now in the $10 Billion's bracket. Oil reserves are worth $12 Billion. This is 100 times more than Arctivenes reserve, for we'd mainly export it all. Through exports, we would've only made short of $8 Billion.
Plans are being made to make this service privatised by Real-Year 2007.
