QFL

The Most Serene Republic of Qazox in 2006 started its own Football League in cooperation with the QFC (Qazox Football Council). In 2006 the QFL started play with the following ten teams:

For the 2007 season Greater Vogg and Lesser Vogg merged clubs, Middle Fromburg and Lower Qazox renamed themselves repectively FC Fromburg and Real Qazox. 5 teams were added to the league as well: Rockport AC, New Recife, Lorax City, Pika City and Graverville.

In 2009 the QFL split into 2 divisions and had the worst 2 teams from Division de Une play the 2 best teams from Division de Deux for promotion into Division de Une. The six teams added to Division de Deux were: St. Nash, Lake Porter City, Iguana de Mia, New Bruxen, Las Vitas and San Guano.

  • 2008 Pika City 12-1-9 37pts (Declared Champion due to WC27)
  • 2009 SaxerVilla 16-5-15 53pts Defeated 1st half champion Rockport AC 2 games to 1 in Finals.

• 2009 Promotion/Relegation Results
  • New Recife vs. Fromburg Aston New Recife wins 2 games to 1
  • Qazox City vs. FC Fromburg FC Fromburg wins 2 games to 1; Qazox City relegated,FC Fromburg promoted.

In 2011, The QFL will expand again with 4 new teams being added: Joehio Ajax, Gothika, Yorkshire and Kibbutz. The league will be split into 3 divisions with 10 teams in Division de Une; and 6 teams each in Divisions Deux and Trae. The top team in Divisions Duex and Trae will play the last place teams from Division de Une and Deux respectively for the right to be promoted up a division.
