The Early Days of Quin Izumi

Quin Izumi was born in the Khristian capital city, Izumoati, on April 21st, 1987. His mother was a nurse at Alexander Hospital on the eastside of Izumoati while his father was a senator in the Khristian paraliment.

At an early age he expressed an interest in joining the Khristian Navy and at the age of 16 he entered the New Izumoati Naval Academy. And graduated in the top 10% of his class at age 20 with the rank of Lieutenant.

He saw how old and ramschackled the Khristian Navy was to the other navies in the Black Sea Region and he spearheaded an attempt to modernize it. In 2010 he was promoted to the rank of Captain and was placed as the head of Izmir Dockyards.

While he oversaw the refitting of older vessels and the construction of more modern ones, he made many friends in the military and political community. Many of these companions saw Abu-Dhabi Khristatata(Abu-Khrista from this point on)'s goverment to be archaic and obsolete, along with much of the nation's industrial base and military, amongst other things. These various military officers and politicans had a great influence on Captain Quin Izumi.

In the year 2014, for his excellent work at the Izmir Dockyards, he was promoted to Vice-Admiral and became head of the Navy's Ship Design and Construction.
