Racial Law in Questers
Racial Law in Questers is the history and stance of the Questarian government in regards to race, discrimination against certain races, racial segregation in law and society, and the movement to stop it. This article also analyses and makes note of the many human rights violations levelled against the Questarian system of racial segregation of the sizably large (just over 1.1 billion) black population, which has been called "harsher than apartheid". Disclaimer: The player of Questers does not support government or law based on discrimination against ethnicities and or religions. This is purely regarding the IC stance of Questers and not from the OOC point of view of the player. It should be noted that people who may be highly offended by racism should not read this article.

Ethnic and Religious Breakdowns and the "Historic Races"
All these are listed in quotation marks as they are the official terminology the Questarian Government uses in its identification / classification system.

Historic Races
The Questarian Government currently recognises four "Historic Races" - White Anglo-Saxonic, Nipponese, Afrikaner, and Eurazner. White Anglo-Saxonic in general means any European white, Afrikaner means any Boer, Dutch, or German white, Nipponese means any East Asian, and Eurazner means any Eurasian. The Eurazner race in Questers was "formed" around 500 years ago, after intense inter-breeding between the southern Nipponese and the northern whites in a central area of Questers. As it is almost the same size as Afrikaner and many Eurazns have gone onto be important members of society, it is considered a historic race just like Afrikaner is, despite its size compared to Nipponese or White Anglo Saxonic. Historically Afrikaners were immigrants, unlike the Eurazns, who were formed from racial and cultural merger and a time of peace between the Nipponese and Anglo Saxonics. These four official races have full and equal citizenship rights in Questers.
To become a part of a "Historic Race" (legally, not by heritage) by immigration is not hard. Second generation immigrants are usually, unlike their parents, not classed as "Immigrant" by law
