Raf'yn

Raf'yn is a city in north-west Sabrateur, located in The Spectrum. It is believed to have had a permanent Sabratese settlement there from around 1253, from when it developed into the economic centre of Sabrateur.

• Raf'yn is the northernmost city in Sabrateur.

• Raf'yn has two football teams, Sporting Raf'yn and Raf'yn Excel, who are both part of the country's Premier football league.

• In 1989, Raf'yn hosted the first Raf'yn Calling, an annual music festival based in venues across the cities, incorporating classical music, popular music, poetry, comedy and film over a two week period, curated by the pop band Rinceton Preview. It has been repeated every subsequent year, curated by a different group or individual every time, and has become a huge national event.
