After a term of 20 years on the Avalyic Court of Legal Review,the court assigned to identify and interpret contradictions between and within laws, Rasan oo-Tlatela was invited to k'Tanar Avalyic by Daos oo-Tzavina, who at the time was the Equallity Leader and a follower of Rasan. Rasan, however, did not become a chancellor until after the coalition system was disolved, as the Rightist Alliance rejected his liberal views despite his experience. In office, Rasan has been known for upholding the ideals of his party, just as the Rightists feared.
