Reichmarshal Helghan is the butcher, hated and feared by the resistance for his atrocities against so-called thoughtcriminals; he hunts these people down with an almost insane devotion to his duty. He is a fanatical follower of the Kraven Corporation, and has devoted his entire life to the work he does in preserving the Corporation's values.
Reichmarshal Helghan was spared during the Great Purge of 2020 where the High Command ordered the execution of all Reichmarshals for their failure in preventing a large scale riot in central Kravonika.
Since then, the Reichmarshals have never faltered in their duty, Reichmarshal Helghan was spared because during the riots, he was still working the extermination camp, processing thoughtcriminals faster than ever before, The High Command looked upon him with favour, and now he is Camp Kommandant of Extermination Camp 18.
Helghan was also responsible for the overseeing of the mines at Cydonia, an estimated 24 million people died at this location.
Reichmarshal Helghan has no children, but was reported to have been married once, although records show that Reichmarshal Helghan personally signed for her execution after it became apparent that she was a thoughtcriminal.

Reichmarshal Helghan recently suffered a horrific accident while attempting to stop Jessica Hart from escaping from a Kraven facility beneath the sands of Whyatica, being shot several times before falling over a railing and into a vat of highly corrosive acid, the Reichmarshal was hideously scarred and disfigured; however, it became apparent during the retrieval of his body that the Reichmarshal was still alive. Rushed into intensive care, the Reichmarshal was augmented with many of the same devices that are used in the Sardaukar, the only difference being that these augmentations were meant to keep him alive...
It is unknown if Helghan actualy survived the operation, but rumours circulating the Kraven Military is that he is very much alive... and very much different...
