Reichmarshal Helghan is the Butcher, hated and feared by the Resistance for his attrocities against so Called thought Criminals, Reichmarshal Helghan hunts these people down with almost insane devotion to his duty, Reichmarshal Helghan is a Fanatical follower of The Kraven Corporation and has devoted his entire life to the work he does in preserving The Corporations values.
Reichmarshal Helghan was spared during the Great Purge of 2020 where the High Command ordered the Execution of all Reichmarshals for their faliure in preventing a large scale riot in Central Kravonika.
Since then the Reichmarshals have never faltered in their duty, Reichmarshal helghan was spared because during the Riots, he was still working the Extermination camp, processing Thought Criminals faster than ever before, The High Command looked upon him with favour and now is Camp Kommandant of Extermination Camp 18.
Helghan, was also Responsible for the Overseeing of the mines at the location known as Cydonia, an Estimated 24 Million people died at this location.
Reichmarshal Helghan has no Children but was reported to have been married once, although records show that Reichmarshal Helghan personaly signed for her Execution after it became aparant she was a Thought Criminal

Reichmarshal Helghan recently suffered an Horrific accident while attempting to stop Jessica Hart from escaping from a Kraven Facility beneath the sands of Whyatica, being shot several times before falling over a railing and into a vat of highly corrosive acid, the Reichmarshal was hideously scarred and disfigured, however it had become aparant while retreiving his body that the Reichmarshal was still alive, rushed into intensive care the Reichmarshal was augmented with many of the same devices that are used in the Sardaukar, the only difference that these augmentations were ment to keep him alive...
it is unknown if Helghan actualy survived the Operation, but rumours circulating the Kraven Military is that he is very much alive... and very much different...
