Reign of Terror is a power that is growing in recognition and strength across NationStates. We are determined to hold a place in history, to be remembered for our resiliance, bravery and ruthlessness. Anyone who does not share a similar ambition does not belong here.
udpate: Reign of terror is broken up. Its military and intelligence leaders left and created Firestorm, while other members left and formed Dark Knights.
Another update: Former members of Reign of Terror, Firestorm, The Black Hawks and The Dark Knights joined to create the all powerful Blades of Conquest.
